Find answers to frequently asked questions about using Brio.
Sign up for a free account, choose a unique username, and fill in your bio and profile photo. Your public page will be available at brio.me/yourname.
Go to your dashboard and click "Add Link". Paste the URL and Brio will auto-detect the platform and icon. You can also add a custom name and description.
Copy your profile URL (brio.me/yourname) and paste it in your social media bios, email signature, or anywhere you want your audience to find all your links.
From your dashboard, click "Add Link" to add a new one or click the edit icon on an existing link. You can change the URL, display name, and description at any time.
When you paste a URL, Brio automatically recognizes 50+ platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and displays the matching icon. For unrecognized URLs, a generic link icon is shown.
Yes! Use the drag handle on each link card to reorder them. The order you set in your dashboard is the order visitors see on your profile.
Go to the Discount Codes section in your dashboard and click "Add Code". Enter the brand name, code, discount amount (percentage or fixed), and optionally set start and end dates.
You can set codes to Public (visible to everyone), Logged-in only (visitors must have an account), or Followers only (visitors must follow you). This helps you gate exclusive deals.
Yes. Each code supports a start date and an end date with timezone support. Codes automatically appear and disappear on your profile based on the schedule you set.
Instagram Automations let you set up automatic replies to DMs, comments, and story replies based on specific keywords. For example, when someone DMs you "GUIDE", Brio can instantly send them a link to your free guide.
Go to Settings → Instagram Automations and click "Connect Instagram". You'll need a Professional Instagram account (Business or Creator) with third-party messaging enabled. The setup page guides you through each step.
Your automations will be deactivated but not deleted. If you reconnect later, all your automations will still be there — just reactivate the ones you want to use.
Yes! Each automation shows how many times it was triggered, how many messages were sent, and how many were read. You also get an overview with totals across all your automations.
Brio respects Meta's API limits automatically. There's a per-sender cooldown (one reply per person per automation every 24 hours) and a per-account hourly limit to stay within Instagram's guidelines.
Go to Settings in your dashboard. You can update your email address or change your password from there. You'll need to confirm your current password for security.
Yes. You can delete your account from the Settings page. This action is permanent and will remove your profile, links, and all associated data.
